I tried that a few years ago, but some change between versions of
(Mandrake) Linux broke it. That was an RPM based Distro though, so I
can't speak for Ubuntu. Good luck.

Hi,
I need to remove certain part from two overlapping objects in CPP but
couldn't find any similar tool like the Front Minus Back tool in CDR.

Which 'slideshow' is it? There are lots of programs that can produce
slide shows, including more than a few from Corel. If you have the
original application, it SHOULD be a breeze. If you can at least
identify it, that would be a big help. You could then ask your
question in the appropriate Corel forum at their private newsserver

a button with an eyeball that says Layer Manager View when you hover your

Exporting to AutoCad

I created some vector files in CorelDraw X3 and exported them as a
DWG. I sent them to a friend who opened them in AutoCad. The files
were for molding profiles, basically just straight lines and curves.
When she opens them, she tells me the lines are very jagged, not
continuous the way I had drawn them. What can I do differently?
